1. Services

Nexus ("Company", "we", "us") provides recruiting and staffing services connecting US-based companies with professional talent in Latin America. Our services include talent sourcing, vetting, placement, and optional payroll/compliance management.

2. Service Models

We offer three service models:

• Placement: We source and vet candidates. The client manages employment directly.
• Staffing: Full-service including hiring, onboarding, payroll, and compliance.
• Teams: Dedicated remote teams with project coordination support.

3. Fees & Payment

Fees vary by service model and role. All pricing is disclosed upfront before engagement. Payment terms are net-30 from invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Replacement Guarantee

We offer a 90-day replacement guarantee on all placements. If a hire does not meet expectations within the first 90 days, we will source and vet a replacement at no additional cost. This guarantee applies once per placement.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. All candidates sign NDAs before receiving client-specific information.

6. Limitation of Liability

Nexus's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
