About the role
Our client base is growing fast. We need someone who can run point on the relationship after a hire is placed — onboarding, check-ins, account expansion, and renewal.
What you'll do
- Onboard new clients post-placement; align on success metrics.
- Run regular pulse checks (week 2, month 1, month 3) on every placement.
- Spot expansion opportunities and pass them to the recruiting team.
- Manage NPS and resolve issues before they become problems.
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in CSM, account management, or post-sale at a B2B SaaS or services company.
- Excellent written English — most client comms are async.
- Comfortable with US business hours.
- Process-minded — can build out playbooks and run them.
