Client Success Manager

Own the post-placement relationship with US clients. Keep accounts retained, expand revenue, and turn happy clients into referrers.

Remote · LATAM (US-overlap)· Full-time

About the role

Our client base is growing fast. We need someone who can run point on the relationship after a hire is placed — onboarding, check-ins, account expansion, and renewal.

What you'll do

  • Onboard new clients post-placement; align on success metrics.
  • Run regular pulse checks (week 2, month 1, month 3) on every placement.
  • Spot expansion opportunities and pass them to the recruiting team.
  • Manage NPS and resolve issues before they become problems.

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years in CSM, account management, or post-sale at a B2B SaaS or services company.
  • Excellent written English — most client comms are async.
  • Comfortable with US business hours.
  • Process-minded — can build out playbooks and run them.

Compensation

Base + retention bonus
