Head of Growth

Own the demand engine — content, SEO, paid, partnerships, and outbound. Report directly to the founders.

Remote · US-aligned (US, Canada, LATAM)· Full-time

About the role

We've built strong organic foundations (sitemap, content, structured data, AI-discoverable). Now we need someone to compound on top — at the strategic and tactical level.

What you'll do

  • Own pipeline targets and CAC across all acquisition channels.
  • Build out content strategy and oversee a freelance editorial team.
  • Test and scale paid channels (Google, LinkedIn).
  • Establish partnerships with founders' networks, accelerators, and ecosystem players.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years in B2B growth, ideally at a recruiting / staffing / agency-style company.
  • Strong content + SEO operator — can write or commission a 3,000-word guide.
  • Comfortable across data, copy, and ops.
  • Founder energy — own outcomes, don't wait for permission.
