About the role
Recruiting at scale is a tooling problem. We need an engineer who can ship dashboards, automations, and integrations that make every recruiter 3x more productive.
What you'll do
- Own the internal Nexus tooling (Next.js, Supabase, Vercel).
- Ship pipeline, candidate sourcing, and AI-assist features end-to-end.
- Integrate with Greenhouse, LinkedIn, Apollo, Notion, and others.
- Pair with the recruiting team to identify highest-leverage problems.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years full-stack with React + TypeScript + Postgres.
- Shipped at least one internal-tools or ops-automation product.
- Comfortable with rapid iteration over polish.
- Strong product instincts — you can scope and ship without a PM.
Nice to have
- Supabase, Vercel, Edge functions.
- Experience with LLM-based features (RAG, structured outputs, evals).
