About the role
You're going to define how Nexus does design and product recruiting. We have demand; we need an operator who can systematize it and ship great hires consistently.
What you'll do
- Own design and product role searches end-to-end.
- Develop sourcing playbooks for senior designers and PMs in LATAM.
- Lead portfolio reviews and design-fit interviews with candidates.
- Partner with the founders on positioning Nexus in design communities.
What we're looking for
- 2+ years recruiting designers or PMs (agency or in-house).
- Strong design taste — can read a portfolio and form a defensible point of view.
- Network in the LATAM design community (Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, Brazil).
- Fluent English.
Compensation
Competitive base + commission on placements
