About the role
You'll own the full recruiting lifecycle for engineering roles — from briefing with the client to the candidate's first day. We invest heavily in tooling, frameworks, and AI-assisted sourcing so you spend time on what matters: judgment, relationships, and outcomes.
What you'll do
- Run end-to-end search for senior engineering hires across React, Python, Node, mobile, and ML.
- Build and maintain a high-signal pipeline of LATAM engineers.
- Lead client briefings and align on candidate profiles, leveling, and comp ranges.
- Calibrate weekly with the founders on hiring strategy and market data.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of agency or in-house tech recruiting, with focus on engineering.
- Track record placing senior+ engineers in US startups.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) — daily client communication.
- Comfortable working US business hours.
Nice to have
- Experience with Greenhouse, Ashby, or Workable.
- Previous remote-first recruiting role.
Compensation
