Where should a crypto team hold its offsite?
It depends on where your team lives. Buenos Aires works for teams split between the Americas and Europe: it is 1-2 h ahead of New York, with direct flights from Miami and Madrid. For a short beach offsite close to the US, the Caribbean (Punta Cana) is about 2.5 h from Miami.
Is Argentina a good place for a crypto team retreat?

How long should the retreat be?
For Argentina, plan 4-5 nights in one place, or 6-8 nights to combine Buenos Aires with Patagonia or Mendoza. For the Caribbean, 3-4 nights is enough.
How much does a company retreat cost?
