A strong operator who works directly with the founder across sales, product, and growth, with the option to move into a specific function after three months.
What you'll do
- Own messy cross-functional problems end-to-end (pipeline, product experiments, hiring ops, special projects)
- Sit in customer and sales conversations; turn signal into action
- Build lightweight systems so the company moves faster
- High-agency execution: ship, measure, iterate
Who you are
- Prior Founder's Associate / Chief of Staff / founding ops / early GTM generalist
- Analytical + execution bias; comfortable with ambiguity
- NYC-based or willing to relocate
Client identity shared under NDA after first screen.
